This agreement governs the legal and operational relationship between the Rehla Crowdfunding Platform operated by Rehla for Sustainable Development (the 'Organization') and all users, including donors, campaign organizers, and beneficiaries.
Organizers must be legally competent individuals aged 18 or older, or authorized representatives of registered civil society organizations in Libya. All applicants undergo identity verification against official municipal or civil registry records.
Rehla operates on a zero auto-publish policy. Every campaign must be thoroughly reviewed, field-verified, and cross-examined by compliance officers before public listing.
All funds are held in dedicated audited campaign accounts. Disbursements require dual approval (Four-Eyes Principle: Compliance Reviewer + Finance Officer) against validated vendor invoices.
Organizers are obligated to publish transparent milestones, supplier receipts, and photographic evidence on the initiative page within 30 days of fund disbursement.
